  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original state.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
